That shop isn't new I don't think. It's been there for as long as I can remember, it's a pking type shop i thought. Unless they changed it..

Hes standing under the dude so it looks like hes the dude and hes saying the 99 shops. And in the chatbox he says he got 99 prayer like when he clicked that shop he gets 99. Lol nice Razz
