Becuz i remember i iped u becuz of various reasons but then i un iped u and u were on who did it?

i have absolutely no idea who iped me, i tried to get on and it says, this account has been locked(idk if that means im banned too!!!) and when i try to logg on it brings me to a black screen and then logs me off! if it doesnt make any sense i will make a video about the problem!
